Shipping policy

All monthly mail is shipped on the 7th and 8th of each month.

Once posted, domestic mail generally takes 2–5 working days to arrive. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal service.

In Case of Damage - If Something Goes Wrong, I’ll Make It Right!

Because each envelope is handmade and prepared with care, orders cannot be refunded once they have been posted.

If your mail arrives damaged, please email a photo to postart.studio20@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.Where possible, I’ll replace the damaged item(s) or offer partial credit towards a future month.

Lost in Transit

If your mail is confirmed as lost in transit, I’ll do my best to make it right.

Where tracking is available, please share the tracking information with me. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer a replacement or credit towards a future month.
