Snail Mail Club is a monthly art subscription where members receive a themed envelope filled with original mini art prints, small surprises, and a letter from me, Shivani.
Each month’s artwork and theme will be inspired by travel, nature, or the little moments of everyday life.
The idea behind the club is simple: to remind us to slow down, notice the things around us, and make a little time for ourselves. Each month’s mail includes something designed to take you away from your screen and into a small, creative moment.

Every month brings a brand new surprise theme inspired by travel, nature, or quiet everyday moments. Each envelope includes:
• Two Original Mini Art Prints / Postcards: High-quality prints of my artwork (4×6" or 6x7"), perfect for framing, gifting, or pinning.
• Curated Theme Stickers: High-quality vinyl stickers designed to make your inner child happy.
• A Monthly Hands-on Activity: Fill-in comics, DIY scenes, or creative prompts to put your screens away and get your hands busy.
• A Personal Letter From Shivani: A handwritten or printed letter sharing the story and thoughts behind the theme.
• Custom-Printed Vellum Wrap: Translucent wrap designed to match the month's theme.

SUBSCRIPTION & SHIPPING SCHEDULE

• Subscription Window: Subscriptions for each month are open from the 21st of the previous month to the 20th of the current month. So, if you'd like November's mail, you can subscribe anytime between October 21st and November 20th!
• Dispatch: All multi-month subscriptions (3, 6, and 12 months) are shipped between the 7th and 8th of each month, so your happy mail can reach you as early as possible. Orders received after these 8th of each dates will be dispatched as soon as possible!
• Domestic Delivery: Once posted, domestic mail generally takes 2–5 working days to arrive across India.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and postal service.
• Multi-Month Plans: If you choose 3, 6, or 12 months, your mail will keep arriving automatically throughout your subscription period!

Because each envelope is handmade and prepared with care, orders cannot be refunded once posted.
• Damaged in Transit: If your mail arrives damaged, please email a photo to postart.studio20@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Where possible, I’ll replace the damaged item(s) or offer credit towards a future month.
• Lost in Transit: Please share your tracking details with us and I'll do my best to make it right!

I only collect your name, postal address, phone number, and email address to prepare and deliver your monthly mail and communicate updates. Payments are handled securely through Shopify, and your details are never sold, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

When will my monthly mail arrive?
When will your happy mail arrive?
All multi-month subscriptions (3, 6, and 12 months) and single month subscription placed before the 7th will be dispatched on the 7th–8th of each month, so your happy mail can reach you as early as possible.
Missed the early-month dispatch? No worries! You can still subscribe until the 20th of each month, and your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
There's always time for a little art in your mailbox!
What if my mail arrives damaged or gets lost?
If your mail arrives damaged, email a photo to postart.studio20@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and we will replace the damaged item(s) or offer credit towards a future month.
Can I gift a subscription to a loved one?
Yes! Simply input their name and postal address during checkout. It's a wonderful monthly surprise for friends and family.
